By learning the sounds of the alphabet in Spanish and dividing the words into syllables the student will develop a strong base on how to read in Spanish and the correct pronunciation of words. Hi, my name is Sra. Yasmin Lopez, I was born and raised in the island of Puerto Rico. I am fluent in both Spanish and English. I have a BA in Biology and have worked in the private school system, before becoming a martial arts instructor in Taekwondo. Spanish is my first language, as a product of an immersion school education, I am totally bilingual. For 10 years I worked as a translator for an NGO. I have traveled throughout Latin America as a liaison between foreign governments and NGOs. I have experience working with children Pre-school to High School.
