We will be reviewing and learning middle school math topics from the Saxon Math 8/7 book. This is a great class for homeschoolers or for those students looking for extra practice. Each class will start with a warm-up problem. Then, we will review and learn the topics using discussions, making connections, and more. At the end of class, students will have the opportunity to ask questions as they start working on their assignments for their homeschool, public, or private school classes....
I'm a certified teacher for 4-8 generalist, which includes math. I also have a Master's degree in Education. I have a minor in Business and Business Foundations Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin. I've been teaching and tutoring math since 2004. I have taught math classes using the Saxon Math books and am very familiar with the curriculum.
