**It would be a good idea to have the fruit cut into slices prior to class. 
** Most families have all these things at home. If you need to buy some missing ingredients you might spend $5-10.

Students will need supervision and some assistance depending on their experience in the kitchen as they will need to use the stove for cooking and will need to cut fruit. I recommend kid safe knives or that the parent cuts the fruit for the student.
