수업 소개
In this Multi-Day course we will be developing our addition skills using a variety of strategies. We will be discussing the important parts of a math story problem. Each day will focus on a specific strategy (tens frame, draw a picture, and a number line) to solve a problem. Teacher will demonstrate how to use each one, then students and teacher will solve a problem together. Students will have a chance to work independently and ask questions throughout the class. While students work independently, they will be able to choose which strategy they want to use. Students will be assigned one math problem to do as homework before returning for the next class. Monday - Drawing a picture Tuesday - Tens Frame Wednesday - Number Line Thursday - Review of all three Class Schedule: Introductions and questions Mini Lesson Example to solve together Independent Work Questions Note: This class be used as a review class before starting the next school year or to further develop addition skills.
