수업 소개
Bakers will learn how to read a recipe and bake delicious Peanut Butter Heath cookies. First, we will read over our recipe and ask and answer questions before we move on. I will teach the bakers tips for properly measuring ingredients, making sure all ingredients are well incorporated, how long to preheat the oven, and other cookie baking basics. While we wait for the deliciousness to finish baking, we will get to know a little bit about each other. After removing the cookies from the oven, we will place cookies on cooling racks for just a few minutes, then enjoy at least one while it is still warm. Chewy! Photo credit: Kimyco Trules
