This is an amazingly soft and spongy pumpkin bread with a sweet swirl of cream cheese in the middle. During class learners will learn about reading a recipe, measuring out ingredients and mixing the ingredients together, and baking their dessert. During class, students are provided with instructions via PowerPoint, pictures, verbal directions, and a live cooking demo on how to prepare and bake this recipe.
