This "Groovy Grammar" Interactive Notebook will have many different sections (a different concept pre-recorded each week) which in turn creates a FLEX CLASS, allowing the student to watch the videos, create their interactive activity, and respond with feedback or questions within our classroom all at their own pace. In addition to the communication that will take place within our "classroom" platform, the teacher will be posting videos that will aid in the skills being taught each week. ...
As a veteran educator, I always incorporated interactive notebooks within my classrooms and had much success with them. Not only are they fun and engaging, they are an invaluable resource for students to have on hand when reading and writing.
Files that will be needed each week for this FLEX course will be provided to be printed. If the goal is to compile a list of grammar concepts to build an interactive notebook, I recommend the students have a spiral notebook or a composition notebook dedicated to the "Keep Up With Groovy Grammar" Interactive Notebook.
