This is a fun reading class where the student will see how Cowboy Joe and I read the names of the various Kaiju Godzilla and dinosaur characters at the start of the class. The age of the student may be younger or older as listed so anyone may join. We will discuss the various toys that we have collected and show them to our students. Dr. Ruth Ph.D. is a teacher who has helped struggling readers and taught students from children to adults including being a reading specialist and tutor. I have various reading specialty certificates including utilizing various reading methods such as Ultimate Phonics, All About Reading, Reading Rockets, and Rime Magic, and have attained ASHA Dyslexia Certificates. I am a Board-Certified Telepractice Specialist and autism instructor with certifications through ASHA. I also love playing video games and watching animated movies in my spare time. I do this as a hobby and to keep up-to-date with the latest trends.👋
This class is very helpful for children with neurodivergent needs such as dyslexia and ADHD as it's a relaxed student class where the pace is variable. Also, I have integrated helpful reading decoding assistance while I read the words.

The learner is encouraged to have their character toy ready to share. It may include stuffed animals, dinosaurs, plastic figures, animatronic Jurassic Park figures, small dinosaur figures easily found in the Dollar stores and anything that the learner feels will be appropriate to share during the class.
There will not be any content that is inappropriate for children's age listed in the description. Teacher Ruth has made sure to not include anything that may scare children. Any reference to "monsters" are a variety that can easily be found in toy stores for this age group.
The curriculum is as described. This reading class is for practice and gaining some knowledge of the content described.
