수업 경험

With an background in Mental Health Counseling and over 8 years of experience working with teens and youth, I bring a deep understanding of mental health strategies and tools to the classroom. My background includes child development and brain development research, and I'm a certified educator. I'm passionate about teaching youth about mental health, which I've done as a therapist and educator. With expertise in developmentally appropriate teaching, I've created age-appropriate mental health content for teens, making me uniquely qualified to share my passion for the field of mental health.
Journal and Pen ( if needed, I will send out a free printable journaling sheet to use for class) 
The intention of the class is not to elicit reports personal experiences with mental health from learners. If the learned begins to share any personal mental health concerns I will kindly ask the learner to refrain from further discussion in front of the class and to continue the conversation with a trusted adult. If a learner ever shares something that is concerning,  I will reach out to parents after class depending on the context of the information 

Note: Review Outschool's Community Standards before class to ensure that learners remember to keep personal information private.
