Italian for Bimbi is a series of Italian for beginner classes where students gain confidence in Italian vocabulary and basic conversation skills. In this course, we will meet for 30 minutes each class for 7 classes. Below is the planned schedule: Weekly topics will consist of learning how to say the seasons, days of the week, and months of the year in Italian plus learning how to say some items seen in the spring, summer, fall, and winter. We will also watch a Bluey show in Italian to work...
7 lessons//7 Weeks
Week 1Lesson 1Spring/ PrimaveraWe will learn how to say spring as well as some things we see during spring in Italian. Printout will be provided.Week 2Lesson 2Summer/ EstateWe will learn how to say summer as well as some things we see during summer in Italian. Printout will be provided.Week 3Lesson 3Autumn/ AutunnoWe will learn how to say autumn as well as some things we see during autumn in Italian. Printout will be provided.Week 4Lesson 4Winter/ InvernoWe will learn how to say winter as well as some things we see during winter in Italian. Printout will be provided.Week 5Lesson 5ReviewWe will review lessons 1-4 over the seasons.Week 6Lesson 6Months of the Year and Days of the WeekWe will learn how to say the months of the year and the days of the week. Printouts and flashcards will be provided.Week 7Lesson 7Bluey in ItalianWe will watch at least part of 1 Bluey show in Italian and then learn some words from the show in Italian. This helps with our listening/ comprehension skills to understand Italian better.

Having learned Italian at a university level, I aim to inspire the next generation in a love of learning the language through making Italian easier to understand through practicing conversation skills, seeing visual print offs, and practicing pronunciation together.
