아이리시 댄스 아카데미: 유연한 일정 캠프(초보자 연령 4-7세)

This class is designed for the young dancer that loves high-energy dancing. Irish dance is a great form of exercise. In this flexible schedule class, dancers will jump, move, and learn Irish dance choreography to fun and upbeat music. Each week a video will be posted with a new dance lesson. We will begin with stretching and a warm up to get ourselves ready to move. Then we learn some simple Irish dance steps and work together to create a dance with a combination of choreography and creative movement. We will "perform" our dance and learn how to take an Irish dance bow. Each class will end with a brief cool down after all of the jumping and movement, to calm our bodies and our minds. 

This class does not include live meetings and doesn't have a set class time which allows your child to learn at a time that works best for your schedule. Each week, students will be encouraged to share their favorite move from class or a dance move of choice by uploading a video or commenting. I will always comment on these posts and the other learners are encouraged to comment as well to foster an environment of community. For the final week’s choreographed dance, each learners favorite move will be included!

Irish dance is my favorite dance style. I have been dancing in many styles since I was very young and have been teaching dance since 2008. I look forward to sharing this fun and unique dance style with your child!
