This private tutoring class will offer academic support, instruction, and/or skills practice for students as discussed with the parent prior to registration.

Students will interact with me using a variety of techniques including discussion, games, and activities.  We will utilize the shared screen via the Outschool classroom and will utilize demonstration, guided practice, and individual practice. 

Session topics will be dictated weekly due to current academic needs, successes, and struggles as identified by parents and the teacher. 

Assessment May Include:
-Questions and discussion
-Exercises in the content area

Daily meetings will generally follow the format below:
-Review of learned skills
-Introduction of new skills
-Guided and individual practice
-Preparation for advanced learning

A short homework assignment will be provided weekly to practice skills covered if desired.

Students should come to class prepared to learn.  Necessary supplies include paper, pencil, a word processing program (if necessary).  We may utilize some other tools such as Google Drive or Jamboard during instructional time and as classroom resources.
