We will sketch first and add color or shading accordingly. September ✏️ Pencil Drawing Drawing paper Pencil (a variety of drawing pencils are helpful but not necessary) Eraser Blending stump * optional October 🖌️ Watercolor Painting Watercolor or Mixed Media Paper - to prevent frustration this thick paper is best, thinner paper soaks up the water and wears holes into it quickly Pencil Eraser Watercolor Paint Soft Paint Brushes - a variety of sizes Water Cup Paper Towel Crayons or Oil Pastels * optional November 🖌️ Acrylic/Tempera Painting Stretched canvas, canvas board, heavy duty paper, recycled materials such as the inside of a cereal box, etc. Pencil Eraser Acrylic or Tempera Paint Paint Brushes - a variety of sizes Water Cup Paper Towel Placemat and/or apron are recommended December ✏️ Colored Pencil Drawing paper Pencil Colored Pencils Eraser January - May materials to be determined by student suggestions. ❓ If you have any questions about materials, please reach out and I can recommend specific brands in student or more advanced artist qualities to fit your needs and budget.
