This class has been created to help students practice for the IELTS.  I will work with the student on the listening, reading, writing, and speaking sections of the IELTS. I can spend as much or as little time as needed per section. We will complete all 8 practice tests, and as stated above, we can spend as little or as much time as needed per practice test, all depending on the student's individual strengths and weaknesses. I will be using some free online resources, purchased IELTS instruction materials from my home library, as well as my own original practice activities. As an example, for the listening section, I will design a monologue for further practice, and discuss the difference between British and American English, and how this applies to the IELTS. And of course time will be allowed at the end of each lesson for questions from the student. This course will run for as long as the parent chooses, or until the student feels comfortable with the material. My specialty is and will continue to be "custom made" lessons. All lessons will be constantly adjusted and modified to meet the needs of each student.
