Our Holiday Socials are one time class meetings designed to give an opportunity to our students who have autism/special needs a chance to connect socially to others, while sharing in the joy of the holiday.  We will be playing holiday related games, and using holiday themed conversation starters to help keep the conversation going.  Learners can share about their favorite holiday traditions, food, movies or music.  Show and share of holiday related items, toys or games is also encouraged.  They will also be practicing social skills including turn taking, conversation and listening skills while celebrating and having fun!
