IN THIS FLEX COURSE CHILDREN WILL LEARN:
-Welcome songs in both English and Spanish
-Letter Color Shape and Number Identification in both English and Spanish
-Phonemic Awareness Development
-Fine ( ie using preschool scissors) and Gross Motor Development (ie jumping like a frog)
-Emotions and Social Skills

Week by Week Topics ( Letters, Numbers, Shapes, and Color). I  will introduce each of these topics in both Spanish and English in a fun and exciting way. 

Week One (Fruits and Veggies)        
     - A-D,  Circle, Red, Introduce counting in both languages                                 
Week Two (Animals)  
     - E-H, Triangle, Orange, Reinforce counting 1 thru 5                       
Week Three (The Ocean)
     - I-L, Square,Yellow, Introduce number value/math concept of a 5 frame
Week Four (All About Books)                                                                   
     -M-P, Rectangle, Green, Introduce counting 1 thru 10   
Week Five (My 5 Senses)    
     -Q-T, 17-20, Rombus, Blue, Introduce counting 1 thru 15
Week 6 (Super Hero in Me)
     -U-Z, Number Review, Star, Violet, Introduce counting 1 thru 20

CLASS STRUCTURE
-Introduction songs
-Activity of the day (games, cut and paste activities, original stories)
-Closing song

TEACHING PROCESS AND STYLE
-I will provide two pre-recorded videos each week engaging learners with the theme of the week.  Each video will have corresponding interactive worksheets sent beforehand as a PDF (this is ideal for parents who prefer to printout items) or via the virtual classroom (ideal for parents who prefer not to print). Learners can complete the worksheet while watching the prerecorded videos or at a later time within the week. Learners will be asked to upload videos and pictures of their completed work. Videos include learners completing an activity with new Spanish words learned or sharing with others their show and tell of the week. Pictures may include completed worksheets or fine motor skill development  projects.
-Learners are encouraged to comment on each other´s show and tell. They can ask a question about each other’s show and tell item or make a positive comment about it. 
-I will provide weekly feedback for each learner and facilitate discussion on show and tell items.
-I provide a safe and engaging atmosphere for young children to learn and grow

Refund : Full refund until the class begins, then a pro-rated refund based on the number of class meetings that have occurred. All flexible schedule classes use this policy.

Parent/learner - teacher communication : I encourage all communication to ensure learner’s progress. I am committed to providing weekly assessment of progress. Please don’t hesitate to message me via the Outschool platform if there is ever a question about the material being taught.
