Does your student need a little extra help in managing their anxiety? In this club-like class experience, students will learn the important lesson that they are far from alone when it comes to daily anxiety! Each week addresses a new theme which is taught through discussion, games, and Nearpod lessons. Students get to know each other and offer support/advice while collaboratively working to manage anxiety and stress. The important categories we address throughout this ongoing class...
Mental health education can be as sensitive as it is crucial to development. I am a Master's student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I have experience in academic research, teaching and creating curriculum, emotional development, crisis training and response, and childcare.
