This self-paced class is designed for beginner Spanish learners. We will focus on learning vocabulary and extending as much as possible while having fun, lots of speaking opportunities, and interactive activities.

Week 1Lesson 1Colores en españolStart the Spanish-learning journey with the first lesson, where your learner will dive into the world of colors in Spanish! Each color will be brought to life through an engaging sentence. Sentences taught will effortlessly allow learners to grasp new vocabulary while also mastering Spanish numbers 1 through 8. Also, learners will master the phrase 'Me gusta'. Let's prepare for an adventure filled with colors, language, and endless fun!Week 2Lesson 2¡Vamos a aprender los útiles escolares! (learning supplies)Now, it is time to learn learning supplies en español! In this engaging lesson, learners will seamlessly apply the vocabulary into practical sentences using "Tengo un" or "Tengo una" (I have a). From pens to play dough, each word will be used to construct sentences with the opportunity to extend by using previously learned Spanish color words. Ready? Let's do it!Week 3Lesson 3¡Yo puedo! I can learn Spanish!In this fun lesson, students will actively apply newly learned verbs in sentences using "Yo puedo" (I can). From learning to cooking, each action will be used in a sentence. Lots of modeling will be given to make sure the words are successfully learned by students.Week 4Lesson 4Y ahora, las frutas. Now, let's learn fruits.It's time for some sweet learning as we acquire Spanish fruit words while saying "Me gusta..." or "No me gusta..." Which will it be for you? Let's learn, practice and find out which fruit is a sweet spot for you. Of course, all en español! ¡Vamos a seguir aprendiendo español!
