Calling all Harry Potter fans! If you love the series and you enjoy drawing, this is the perfect class for you! In this four day camp, we are going to learn how to draw Harry, Hermione, Ron, and a special bonus character. I will direct students through the steps of creating each character. Clothing and additional details will all be up to each learner's creative choice, but I will provide examples and inspiration if needed. After we finish drawing the characters, I will also demonstrate how to draw an animal that is associated with each person. Students will get to complete and decorate their artwork in whatever ways they can imagine. Any additional time after completing the drawing will be spent adding final touches, outlining, or coloring while we chat and share. 

Creativity is important so I encourage students to make their artwork fun and unique to them in some way. The amount of time we have to decorate and color our drawings will vary depending on what speed we move through the steps at as a class. I always work alongside students with my drawing on a separate camera so the instructions are very clear. All learners will be expected to remain muted during the first chunk of instruction and demonstrations so that everyone can listen to and understand the steps. However, once we finish the basic drawing, students will be able to chat with each other and share their artwork as they work on adding their own details, color, and finishing touches. Students will only need a basic understanding of working with a pencil and eraser to complete this class. This camp is designed so that students will gain more confidence and independence with their drawing every day. This means that we will be repeating some steps everyday so that learners will become more familiar with the process of the drawings.
