Can music create a mood? Students will learn the history of some “spooky music” and we will discuss how music has the power to make us feel anxious, scared, startled and terrified. I have a degree in Music Performance from Louisiana State University. I am an oboist and play in many ensembles as well as maintaining a private music studio since 1996.
We will be exploring some scary sounding music and how this music affects our mood and emotions. This class is not recommenced for children who are scared easily by spooky music and sounds.
