This class is for gymnast on competition level or/and who is getting ready to compete. We will cover requirement based on USAG and their individual beam routine in learning to maintain technical part of routines as well dance part too. Weekly we will be working on parts of our routine to clear every pose, make sure gymnast have all requirements based in their level. In addition to, students will work on their tumbling skills and jumps/leaps. Therefore, students will practice parts and whole routine individually and will receive correction for the same. My goal is to create meaningful, relaxing and comfortable, environment where students learn the key for providing technically clean beam routine while they maintaining perfect balance through exercise. Gymnastics balance beam class is a class where student learn how to feel their balance and skills to maintain the same. After general base stretching at the beginning of the class, we will navigate towards more specifics skills for their routines and balance by using our middle body core, iner tight legs. Students will learn how to navigate throughout drills smoothly and safely and how to use learned exercises in their sport practice. In addition, I will split their routine into each parts and provide students with correction and explanation about it. Student will get individual attention, guidance and corrections for their performance. My belief is,every lesson we take we can benefit in our life. Gymnastics balance beam class is safe place for student to learn and advance in their knowledge and importance of contain balance and maintain focus throughout the entire practice. My teaching style is focused on making learning meaningful for all students with open door to discussion throughout the entire class time. Most importantly to empower students how to benefit from learned drills in their regular life as well in their athletic, competitive sports. Week #1: Theme: “ What is required “ performing individual floor routine with and without music Requirements based on the Level individual routine breakdown Working on first line of routine Week#2 : Theme: “ Show me your dance” warm up- stretching Dance part of individual routines Repeat first line routine Adding work on second and third line routine Week#3: Theme 3 : “ How high can you jump ?” warm up - stretching Leaps and jumps in routine Counting skill values, dance and tumbling part of routine, composition of routine Working on first - third line of routine together Week#4 : Theme 4: “ Let's Dance to The End” warm up - stretching Reaped first-third routine line Perform fourth and fifth line of routine Week #5 : Theme 5 : “ Two by Two Lines “ warm up - stretching Working on two parts by two parts individually Fifth line - individually perform Week #6 : Theme 6 : “ Show me what you've got” warm up - stretching Perform complete routine Clean dance part of routine Jumps, leaps, turns Week#7 : Theme 7: “ Add here add there “ working on choreography, composition and dance in routine Adding all parts together Working on gymnast individual preferences

This is a workout class, so make sure your student is dressed appropriately.
Please be aware that there is always a risk of injury during physical activity. While warm up and cool down will be included to prevent injury, accidents can happen. This class is movement based so be sure your child have plenty of room to stretch and work out. Parents are allowed and encourage to supervise and assist their children during activities. It is recommended that this accure during your child's first classes in order to help him/her feel more confident during the class. Students practicing indoor can practice barefoot. In addition, students will need met around balance beam for the safety of their landing.

I am offering this class because I am passionate about performing perfect routine. I teach Gymnastics, competitive high level gymnast, and compulsory.I always implement a lot of dance, jumps and leaps in all classes that I teach. I am passionate about gymnastics and I believe in encouragement and helping children love themselves and feel healthy. I believe in working individually on each part of routine and then putting parts together is guaranteeing success to perfect performance of their routine.
