Welcome to the group fitness class! 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶 CLASS STRUCTURE In this on-going class we focus on making movement fun! Train with others and make friends by focusing on using everything you need for a good workout - your own body weight! Some classes we also focus on weightlifting, but this will be discussed with students and parents beforehand. Each class will be structured with a warm up, low impact bodyweight exercises, and a cool down. 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶 WHY TAKE THIS CLASS? As the saying goes, a healthy body makes a healthy mind. Research as shown that weekly exercise helps keep not just our bodies healthy, but our minds healthy too! That makes our capacity to learn and retain information in other classes much stronger. As this is a group class, you will also get to make friends with other participants! 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶 WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR? This class is for anyone who wants to improve their own fitness and well-being! The class is suitable for all fitness abilities as participants are encouraged to go at their own pace that is an appropriate for them!
