-small piece of fabric or even a t-shirt that they can use as an eye cover during relaxation -any type of cushion or pillow -small stuffed animal or soft toy that is more/less the size of their hand (it will be a tool used to self-soothe and will be used during the breathing exercise) -yoga mat, towel, or blanket is required (the mat is a visual for personal space or safe space to practice their yoga) Students are asked to wear clothing comfortable to move in. For example shorts, leggings, joggers, t-shirts, etc. Please no skirts, dresses, or oversized clothing. No shoes or socks are required.
