This class will explore the shipwrecks of the Great Lakes. Each week will focus on a different Great Lake and some of the famous (and not so famous) shipwrecks that occurred in each lake.

Each week, we will explore the history of the aforementioned shipwrecks via a powerpoint presentation accompanied by class discussion and short video clips that are relevant to the weekly content.학습 목표

Many of the shipwrecks we will discuss in class did involve a loss of life. The human losses will not be focused on, and it will be presented in a historically contextualized format.
