In this lesson, learners will have fun listening to a story about the period, the comma, the question mark, and the exclamation point. This family of Punctuations joins the letters at school, and they form words like Wow! and Why? and Yes. But Comma isn't sure where he belongs. He just seems to get in the way. Is he really important? After the story, we will play an interactive punctuation game, where the students get to control the screen using their computer mouse or touchpad and choose...
Students will improve their understanding of punctuation. They will also be able to listen to a story, make a punctuation cube, and choose the correct punctuation in a Boom Card game. Finally, students will be able to give examples of sentences for each punctuation.
