수업 소개

This class is intended for students in the third and fourth grades and is designed to provide a complete background in English grammar skills. It will cover 9 main categories of grammar skills: sentences, nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, adverbs, conjunctions, punctuation, and capitalization. This class will provide a great way to supplement your homeschool or traditional classroom curriculum. Students will learn best if they come prepared to participate in the variety of activities designed to introduce a skill, practice the skill, and apply the skill learned in the lesson. These classes will cycle after 26 weeks.

학부모 가이드
The section of classes entitled "Pronouns" will be taught from a traditional pronoun/grammar perspective. If this is not in line with the pronoun your learner feels most comfortable using, you may want to withdraw your learner for these lessons and rejoin the class after pronouns have been taught. It is not my intent to exclude anyone or make anyone feel uncomfortable, but as pronouns transition in our society, so do the rules that govern them. As these pronoun rules are in the process of transitioning, I will continue to teach the traditional grammar rules. The choice to have your learner participate in the traditional pronoun/grammar section of this class is totally yours. I will gladly welcome your learner back in the lessons to follow.
