Students will learn much needed grammar skills through fun activities. This is a 4 week class. The first week we will focus on Nouns, Pronouns. The second week we will focus on all the different kinds of Verbs. The third week we will do Adjectives & Adverbs. The last week we will learn Conjunctions, Interjections, and Prepositions, and finish with a game to review all 8 parts of speech. Once enrolled students will receive the handouts. I have been teaching English/Grammar and Writing, for close to 20 years. I have learned some tricks to keep kids engaged and retain the grammar skills that they truly need. I have a passion for teaching children Grammar and Writing! These skills are necessary for their academic success, and success in whatever path they choose in life:) I also do private tutoring, if you would like to do some one-on-one time to continue working on grammar, and writing skills too.
