This ongoing group is the perfect opportunity for girls to meet other girls from around the world and form new friendships, while creating an environment that promotes self esteem and self worth. Weekly topics may include, but are not limited to:

1) You are beautiful! Understanding self-esteem and building it in self and others.
2) Using social media in a healthy way and how it affects self-esteem.
3) Creating healthy relationships.
4) Goal setting-thinking about your future.
5) Mindfulness and dealing with stress.

While each week will have a theme, I encourage the girls to also request topics they'd like to discuss. It is my hope that, as the group concludes, they will have not only forged new friendships, but learned to appreciate the inner beauty in themselves and others. I provide a supportive, nurturing environment where all feel respected and appreciated.

Because this class is most effective with learner discussion and participation, it will run with three learners at the minimum. Learners will be expected to keep their camera on and encouraged to participate and share their thoughts.
