This 6 week course will teach the student the basics of anatomy. This class is specially designed to develop awareness and vocabulary of the human body. The class will include lectures on the human anatomy, as well as discussion on how the body works. With quality and knowledgeable teaching, and an encouraging environment, these classes will be a perfect fit for those who aspire to learn more about the natural sciences related to the human body. Themes/Topics: Week 1- Week of September 12, 2002 Theme/Topics: What is Anatomy? Let's talk about the systems of the body. Introduction to Anatomy Cells Tissues Skeletal Muscular Nervous Week 2-Week of September 19, 2022 Theme/Topics:Let's Learn more about the body. Senses Endocrine Blood Circulatory Digestive Respiratory Urinary Reproductive Week 3 Theme/Topics: Let's build a Skelton Week 4 Theme/Topics: Let's Let's build a muscle Week 5 Theme?Topics: Anatomy Jeopardy Week 6 Theme/Topics:Anatomy Review My teaching approach with this class is that every student is different. Every child can learn. Some are visual learners, while others are more hands on. It is important to be patient and kind to the students as they try to learn. With a kind, caring, friendly, but disciplined approach the student can accomplish their goals. Encouragement and inspiration is the key to motivation.

In this course we are using the anatomy coloring book. We will be discussing the various parts of the body. The student will need a quiet place to learn. They will also need a notebook with paper and a pen or pencil to write with.
