In this beginner French class, the student will learn the names of common pieces of clothing. It is suggested students take the French 101 class "Months and Seasons" before this class as this class builds off of Months and Seasons. They will also learn how to describe the colors of clothing  We will use these words to talk in sentences using the verb "porter" (to wear). Students will find the atmosphere of this class very welcoming and supportive. I will model all vocabulary and sentence structures and students will have lots of opportunities to participate at their level. It is expected that students participate orally as this is really the only way to learn to use a new language. They will have lots of support to ensure their success. No prior experience is necessary. I teach other beginning French classes that build on one another.
