In this class, learners will have fun as we learn about fractions! This class will cover the basics of fractions including: vocabulary (numerator, denominator, halves, thirds, fourths, equal, etc.), parts of a whole, partitioning shapes, fractions on a number line, and comparing fractions. Your learner will receive direct instruction as well as complete hands-on activities each day to practice the skills I have taught. Files/supply lists will be sent at least 24 hours prior to the start of class. Learners may need basic school supplies such as: pencils, scissors, glue, and colored pencils/crayons.
