In this course, students will be introduced to the basics of fractions with a Fortnite theme! They will learn about the different parts of a fraction, how to determine numerator and denominator, and how to write a fraction. This is an introductory course, so the students do not need any prior knowledge of fractions to succeed in this course! The course will be taught using Fortnite characters and objects! (They will not be playing the Fortnite video game) The course will be taught with...
Students will gain basic knowledge of fractions! If students have already been introduced to fractions, but need a refresher, this course is also for them!
The students will be playing Kahoot! If students are using a computer, they can play Kahoot at the same time as the Zoom call. If the students are using an Ipad or phone, they will not be able to Zoom and play the Kahoot at the same time. So, the student may need a separate device in order to play the game!
