In this Culinary Basics and Know-How Crash Course, young chefs will learn the ins and outs of creating delicious foods, with their own two hands! Students will learn not just how to create a recipe, but how to think for themselves in the kitchen. Empowered with the WHY behind cooking's magic, our students are able to get creative in their kitchens and feed themselves beautifully. Our goal is to develop safe kitchen skills, hearty appetites, and healthy choices.
Our chefs have a multitude of backgrounds that include: over 20 years of combined culinary education in restaurants, food science, and culinary events. We LOVE sharing our passion for healthy eating and good cooking. Our primary team is made up of chefs with backgrounds in both early childhood education and professional culinary arts. (We even have a Food Network "Chopped" Champion in our ranks!)

Students may need help putting items in the oven, or chopping up some of the ingredients selected. Please approve the equipment they may use in their home kitchen. Our recipes are entirely vegetarian to encourage beginner chefs to try new kinds of produce, as well as avoid cross contamination.
