Hello! My name is Ms. O, I have my Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota with a minor in Teaching English as a Second Language. I have taught First Grade for the past three years. Before teaching First Grade, I taught Pre-K for two years. I have been teaching First Grade on Outschool since August of 2021. I have been teaching STEAM enrichment classes (creative building, engineering, and robotics) for Pre-K to Middle school students since May of 2023. I currently work as a Substitute Teacher in my local school district. My classes are structured and they follow grade-level academic standards. My classes encourage learners to put in their best effort daily. Students grow academically, develop critical thinking skills and a strong work ethic. I maintain high expectations for students, while promoting a positive attitude toward learning!

I provide a weekly PDF of Lesson Worksheets and Bonus Worksheets. Learners will complete the Lesson Worksheets during class (learners may use a white board or blank paper instead). Though the Bonus Worksheets are optional, I do ***strongly*** recommend that parents have their students complete these bonus worksheets weekly, because they support academic growth in students.수업 외 주당 0 - 1 시간

Youtube (In Class) - We will use Youtube, during class, in a screen-share format. We will use Youtube for movement through counting, academic songs, and as a timer. Didax (In Class) - We will use the virtual math interactives on Didax in a screen-share format. Students will work with these math interactives by clicking / dragging items and drawing.
