The ingredient and supply list for the first session will be available immediately upon enrollment.  The ingredient and supply list for all other sessions will be posted on the classroom message board after the previous session.
Some things the students will OFTEN need in most of the classes is:
parchment paper (NOT wax paper, there is a difference)
mixing bowls
mixing spoons, whisk, and/or rubber spatulas
oven
hand or stand mixers
measuring spoons, cups, and scoops 

Since this is a cooking class, students will be using the oven, stove top, and other kitchen utensils and equipment. Parents must be present in case of accidents or emergencies. Parents may also need to be present if the students need to finish baking their treat outside of class time. 

Please pay close attention to the ingredient lists and supplies posted each week. Let me know if there are any food allergies, and I can let you know if there are any alternatives to those ingredients.
