This is a four week class for beginner (novice-low to novice-mid) English language learners.  If English is not your first language and you have 0-3 years of English study, this is a great 4 week class to talk about the fall season!  Each week we will:

 1) identify vocabulary related to fall such as the weather and hobbies 
2) practice listening comprehension with short video clips and songs 
3) create short conversations with classmates asking about their preferences and answering in short answers 
4) be able to talk about what we see and do in the fall 

The 4 weeks will be broken down as follows: 

1) "What's your Favorite Season"- We will learn the four seasons and talk about what activities we do in each 
2) "Leaf Little Leaf"- All about a leaf and how it's falling!  We will talk about weather and introduce some nature vocabulary
3) "It's Halloween"- All about Halloween!  We will identify vocabulary related to Halloween, talk about costumes and practice using the expression "I'm scared" 
4) "Ten Little Turkeys"- This silly turkey song will help us practice counting in English. We will identify traditional foods and images associated with Thanksgiving.
