This class is designed to give students well rounded exposure to commonly learned fraction concepts which are outlined below in the course breakdown section. This class is perfect for students needing a refresher on fractions or for students wanting to learn about working with fractions. Class is conducted via discussion, modeling, and practice. Students will need to have a fluent understanding of addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication facts to be successful. Homework will be in the form of practice worksheets and/or online skills practice and should take 30 minutes per class. Progress is monitored through class participation/performance. I am also offering one on one tutoring if needed. Sometimes students just need a little one on one reinforcement:)

As a child I absolutely hated fractions. I just could not wrap my head around the concept and as a result I had to repeat 5th grade. Then I had a wonderful teacher who taught me to love fractions and it is now my favorite math concept to teach. 리뷰
