This is a one time class that will cover food chains and how they are important to the ecosystem. There will be 10 vocabulary words covered during this lesson. The words will be presented in a PowerPoint presentation format. I will engage each Learner in reading and answering questions. My class is a learner-based class. The Learner will be able to improve their understanding of "food chains". The Learner will also gain knowledge of the components of food chains in the ecosystem.
I have taught fifth-grade science and biology 1 & 2. I enjoy science and the ecosystem is one of my favorite topics. My educational background is; I have a Bachelor's in sociology, a Master's in social science, and I am within my last two years of my Doctorate in education. My goal is to make learning science fun for all Learners.
