길모어처럼 먹어요!

Copper Boom! Do you know what that means? If you do, this is the class for you! 
During this flex class we'll cook and eat like a Gilmore Girl! In this chef led class, we'll make a dish, meal, snack, or sweet treat taking inspiration from Chef Mary's favorite episodes of the show! I've been a Gilmore Girls fan since way back, loving the fast, witty repertoire between Lorelai and Rory. I of course love Sookie and all of her culinary endeavors too! During this class I'll post videos of each recipe and provide the written recipe and materials and ingredients needed each week of the class. We'll play a few discussion based games each week too! I do require photos to be shared with the group during this course so we can see how you did and share our kudos! During this class I would love for each student to comment on each other's creations and provide critiques and positive advise! We're going to have a lot of fun and eat some delicious food! 

Flexible Scheduling classes DO NOT have any live meetings. 

Students can choose to watch recording of the class and then make the recipe or choose to make along with me while watching the recording and pause and play as needed!

Week 3, Season 3: "Take the Deviled Eggs" We'll make Deviled Eggs 3 ways! Group discussion about favorite episode of the season. Required comments on other's photos.
Week 4, Season 4: "Last Week Fights, This Week Tights" We'll make Philly Cheesesteaks! Photo scavenger hunt. Required comments on other's photos.
Week 5, Season 5: "You Jump, I Jump, Jack" We'll make Sparkling Cupcakes! Group discussion about favorite episode of the season. Required comments on other's photos.
Week 6, Season 6: "Let Me Hear Your Balalaikas Ringing Out" We'll make 3 different tea sandwiches and mint sweet tea! Group discussion about favorite episode of the season. Required comments on others photos.
Week 7, Season 7: "Hay Bale Maze" We'll make our version of a "Weston's" pie. Chocolate pie with cookie crust! Photo scavenger hunt. Required comments on other's photos.

**Parental Guidance notice: During this class we will be using sharp knives, hot stove tops, transporting hot pans, using the oven, etc. Depending on your learner's skillset and knowledge they may need more direct parental supervision.**
