Each week learners will explore new tools to help them build and maintain personal relationships. The tools will aide in self advocacy, managing emotions and communicating while being respectful of others. These skills often take a lifetime to build but learning them early and practicing is a great way to build confidence and emotional intelligence that will last into adulthood. Life is about relationships, knowing how to build and navigate them in a healthy way is an important skill in all aspects of life, even when things get tricky. Once we have the tools, we can feel confident and even lead others by example. 

Usually we need the most help knowing what to do when things get tough or don't go our way. That's where this class comes in. Here's what we'll explore:

Week One- Identifying Positive and Negative Behaviors

* Practice responding to negative behavior

Week Two- Feelings

Week Three- Making Mistakes

*Recognizing how everybody makes mistakes
* Sincere apologies
