Welcome to my Dungeons and Dragons class! Students will play a Dungeons and Dragons adventure using a free roll20.net account. I will post a link to the specific Roll20 game for each class. We will also use Zoom to interact with each other. I will be the Dungeon Master (the person who facilitates the game and ensures fair play. In the beginning of the first class I will go over the basics of roll20 and the rules of D&D and then revisit those rules whenever necessary. As the game progresses...

By playing Dungeons and Dragons (DnD or D&D) students will learn team building, teamwork, problem solving, critical thinking, research and math skills all while having fun using their imaginations. Students will speak with each other (public speaking) and learn how to listen to other points of view as well as voice their own. Students will learn how to respect other people's opinions and be considerate of those opinions.
I have been a professional Dungeon Master here on Outschool for 3 years and have been playing Dungeons and Dragons for over 24 years.
