캔버스에 핫 글루와 아크릴 페인트로 간단한 아트 트리 가지 그리기 - 1:1 (CAMP)

This is a 3-Day Art CAMP. One beautiful easy art project. No skill is needed to draw an easy tree branch on canvas, add hot glue over the design, and paint it using primarily beautiful gloss or metallic paints. Add colorful blossoms (flowers) with Q-tips. As an optional add-on, add some blossoms with air-dry clay. 

You can't really mess the tree branch up. It turns into a lovely cherry blossom tree except that the blossom can be lots of beautiful colors. It will result in an amazing-looking piece of textured art. No one will guess how easy it was. Beginner or not, you can do this Art. It will take three days to complete the project. 

As a bonus (only if you want it) invite your family to do the craft with you. I don't mind at all. Do it with a sibling or your mother or your whole family.
One thing: Parental Guidance- you must be allowed to use a glue gun and have used one before. The glue is very hot and it hurts if it gets on you.

This is a great art piece that is unusual. Most people haven't seen it. I found doing this with 1 or 2 people is the best way so I can give plenty of attention and we can complete it in 3 days. 

-You will need, canvas, acrylic paint and some paintbrushes, a hot glue gun with sticks, and a pencil.

I am good at demonstrations and helping you through an Art project. There will be a second camera where I can show you close-up things when needed. You may find whatever position makes you comfortable when putting the glue on the canvas.

**Parental guidance. Your child will be using a hot glue gun for this project. Getting fingertips burned a bit is easy to do. And there will most certainly be moments of hollering, “Ouch!” But I will teach them to be as safe as possible and be patient and go slowly.

-The student does not need to know how to draw. This is a simple outline of a tree branch and then the glue makes the ridges in the tree.

-The supplies for this sound expensive, but it's not really that bad depending on where you get supplies. 

Before Day, paint your canvas a solid color. Green works best, but the choice is yours. You don't want it any color that your flowers will be or the tree. I will message you before that day to remind you. If you come to class with it unpainted, that is okay. Just know that you may not finish all of this art project because we need to have the canvas dry before we draw or add glue. If you cannot, choose a smaller canvas size.
-This canvas will be no smaller than 8x10, rectangle, and no bigger than 11x14

Day 1:
-Follow the example and draw a thick branch lightly with a pencil. Follow the outlines to begin adding glue as directed. This will take the entire first day.

Day 2:
-We will begin to put gold metallic paint on the tree branch. This will cover the glue. It could possibly need two coats of paint. Then we take some watered-down black paint and put in overtop and around the edges and wipe away the excess with a paper towel.  This will give it a very classy, old look to it. We will need to let it dry completely or when we put flowers on there, it will get muddy.

Day 2:
-We add the flowers! You can do this in any colors you like. I suggest bright colors that will show up on the darker background like different shades of pink, purple, blue, orange, white, and more. They can all be the same or they can all be different. 
We will paint them on with Q-tips. A very easy technique to do. Some will represent blossoms in the background and we can do some closer that look like a flower.
(optional) If you have air dry clay with you, it is easy to make close-up flowers with your thumb! They stick on very easily with white glue. They can be painted right away.

And then you are finished! Kids will learn a lot of Art techniques while doing this. They will learn about lines and texture, positive space, negative space, perspective, and a lot about color.

Art classes cost a bit more due to supplies. I have to get supplies, you have to get supplies and then there is the one-on-one thing. It is worth it to learn how to do this. Friends will be amazed at what you did. You will want to put this on your wall.

And if your family joins, you have some quality time together and it's fun.
