In this interactive live digital art class, students will learn how to create professional-quality illustrations using Procreate, the powerful digital painting app. Whether they are beginners or already have experience with digital art, this course will help them build confidence and develop essential skills to bring their creative ideas to life. Throughout the class, students will explore Procreate’s tools and techniques, including brushes, layers, linework, shading, blending, textures, lighting, and color theory. They will also learn advanced features such as clipping masks, alpha locks, and adjustment layers to enhance their workflow. Along the way, students will work on projects in various art styles, from concept art to illustration, and learn how to export and share their finished digital artwork.

Each session includes a short demonstration, guided practice, and dedicated time for student work, allowing learners to experiment with new techniques while receiving real-time feedback. Optional challenges and exercises will be provided for additional practice between classes. I use a step-by-step, hands-on approach, incorporating live demonstrations, screen sharing, and interactive exercises to make learning engaging and easy to follow. My teaching style is supportive and interactive, encouraging students to ask questions, participate in discussions, and share their screens for personalized feedback.

This course is designed to be fun and inspiring, while also providing students with practical digital art skills they can use for personal projects, social media, or even professional portfolios in illustration, animation, or game design. No prior experience is required—just a passion for creativity and an iPad with Procreate installed.
