A little boy wakes up one morning and discovers that his snowman doesn’t look the same as it did the night before. The little boy starts to imagine what those snowmen do at night and it sure seems like a lot of fun! After, we will make a snowman craft to put up on your refrigerator! *The students will learn about the wonders of winter while using good listening skills, taking turns answering questions and using recall to name the different activities you can do and share with others during the winter season. *The students will learn a winter/snowman song. *The students will complete a snowman project and share with their friends.
I am an experienced elementary reading teacher and have a great love for children’s literature and being able to incorporate books into all subject areas. I want my students to be excited about reading and I feel that my passion comes thru in each story I tell!
