Do you love pretending to be superheroes? Join Marvel Movement and show off your dance moves! In this one-time class, learners get to explore creative movement inspired by their favorite Marvel superheroes. Learn to dance as a superhero and choreograph your own action packed movement sequence! No dance experience required. Each one-time class will be structured as follows: Check-In & Introductions Warm-Up Exploring Concepts Developing Skills Creation and Choreography Share & Reflect Cool-Down & Close-Out Join Marvel Movement and get active!

Sarah is a Texas based actress and choreographer. She discovered a love for film work shortly after finishing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at University in Austin TX (UT). She began teaching creative movement with Creative Action in 2017 and studied with the Dance Education Laboratory in New York City in 2018. With a background in concert dance, cirque and martial arts, Sarah enjoys helping students better their movement techniques by strengthening their somatic explorations and awareness.리뷰
