Join us for an awesome time of dance fitness. In this class, we will learn how dance can be used as a form of exercise and fitness. Children will watch the leader describe some different dance moves to a variety of music types. Dance routines will be of various kinds. The dance moves will be very simple and easy to follow. In each class, the student will become more familiar with the routine and will eventually be able to do the dances in real time with the teacher. Students will have chances to show their own style in freestyle dance. Students will be able to note the increase and decrease of their heart rate. This class will cover health and wellness as well as the art of dance. No previous experience or knowledge needed.
