In this class we will go in depth into the art of character creation.  Using improv and writing techniques we will explore the many ways to create a rich, complex character with a detailed backstory so you can have the best experience in the genre you want to use it in. Details are important if you want your character to come fully alive and have the strongest impact. Often people think of characters as a silly voice or a physical quirk. If you really want your characters to shine you must go deeper exploring the many details about them to make a character feel real to the person playing it and to those engaging with the character. My teaching style is fun, supportive and interactive.  Sometimes students will be working together at the same time, and sometimes one on one with me.  I will take questions after each sequence.
