Students will learn about the safety of handling knives. Teaching them how to be in the kitchen with a knife and understanding how the proper ways to handle a knife and the best techniques to prevent them from cutting themselves, without doing it the hard way. No background knowledge is needed. There will be no homework that will be submitted. Student's progress will be evaluated based on their understanding of knife usage and safety.
