In this one time class, students will learn the basic features of iMovie and practice editing using some beginner skills such as moving, splitting, deleting, copying, shortening, and lengthening clips. Additionally, students will learn a handful of the basic shortcuts to be able to use iMovie more efficiently.

During each, learners will get multiple chances to ask questions, share their screens and get the answers and guidance needed. My teaching style is hands on so we learn by doing. I usually will demonstrate by example and then ask the class to repeat and practice the skills I just showed them.

This class will be strictly for students learning on a computer with iMovie. 

This is an absolute beginners class so no prior video editing experience is necessary.
