Students will gain knowledge of many different canine species and will be able to independently create/complete an assignment showing their knowledge of at least 2 facts about the canine of the week.

A choice board will be reviewed at the end of class and the instructions explained by the teacher. The pdf can be found after class as an attachment on a classroom post on the classroom page. Students complete one choice from the choice board to complete for the week. This assignment is due by the next class time. Students can post to the classroom page to share their work with the rest of the class. If they prefer to only share with me, they can message me to share their work. We will also have some time in the next class to share/talk about our choice board assignments. I will also complete one square of the choice board to encourage participation and give examples. These weekly classes for this class do not build upon previous weeks and learners are able to join and leave at any time. No matter when you join, you can listen while students share and start the choice board from your first class.
